These terms cover booking a detail with DetailWorks Mobile and the text messages we send. DetailWorks Mobile is a mobile car detailing service operated by Tanner Brown in North Vancouver, British Columbia, serving North and West Vancouver.
SMS Terms
- Program: DetailWorks Mobile sends texts about quote requests, bookings, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates and occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact 778-907-7603.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking
You can book by submitting a quote request, calling or texting us. A booking is set once we confirm the date, time, address and service with you. We come to your home or workplace, so please make sure the vehicle is accessible at the booked time.
Rescheduling
Need a different time? Text or call us as early as you can and we will find a new slot. We may also need to reschedule because of weather or other conditions outside our control. If that happens, we will contact you to pick a new time.
Pricing
Prices depend on the vehicle and its condition. Your price is confirmed with you before the job starts. If the vehicle needs noticeably more work than described, we will talk to you about it before doing any extra work.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, by card or tap.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top.
